Ripoff

I recieved a yellow postcard in the mail stating that I may be elgibale for at least 5000.00 so I called the phone number and they said that I was guarenteed finacial assistane so I asked them what do I need to do they explained that I had to have a bank account to even start the process and i didn't so the same day I went and opened an account. They then told me that I needed $300.00 which I didn't have but I borrowed it from my grandmother and put in the account. They said it was for my personal profile packet. Then I recieved this book. So then I had some questions about the book so i called them again. They told me that If everything in the book was true that I would recieve grant money. So I waited and waited called and called. So finally they said that they have my personal profile ready. It would be mailed out I should recieve it the second week of April. All I would have to do is go to the agencies and sign the forms becouse they would have all my information. However they never sent it so I called again. They then said that it was mailed on May 12th. So i waited NOTHING so I called then they said they don't know why so they would email me a copy so again NOTHING so I called then some one told me that they don't know why someone told me that becouse they don't even have my hard copy n system. So they told me that they would put it in when they recieved it. And to call back next week. Which i did so them they said that they have it and they would send it so i asked when i've been waiting since January it's now June. He said let him talk to his supervisor. So then 5minutes later i recieved an e-mail. They sent me a list with diffrent agencies that I already had or knew about. I want my money back and i want them to be stopped.
