Kay jewelers are scamming customers by letting them thinking they filling a raffle form without knowing you are applying for a credit.

I was at the mall and one of the sales girls approached me and said we are having a raffle so i got excited filled out the form and chose one of the present only to know it was just an empty jewel box, a week later i received a letter that my credit was denied, i do not think this a good business way of tricking customers, now this on my credit report, and i called them to remove it i was told next i should check before i fill anything this invading of my privacy, please do something about this kind business practice.
