Brent Widdifield Has Stolen over $54,000 from me

Brent Widdifield of Action Steel Buildings has stolen over $54,000.00 from me. This includes a multitude of expenses incurred since initial shipping date of the 2 buildings. The initial amount is $28,000. This is for 2 steel buildings that were to be delivered in April. He has since stolen from over 31 people, promising steel building deliveries that never shipped.

We visited the Englewood Police department in March to report the crime and to prevent this from happening to anyone else. We were told "to go home" they would handle the case. The case was dropped a few months later. June.

Since then, he has stolen over $300,000 from churches, retired military, the aged and the young. With no remorse.

Steven Storey DA #13482 in Golden CO Case #11SA15830 with 1 count of theft Section 18.4.401 (1), (2) (d), C.R.S. (F3) (0801V) is the prosecuting DA in this case. He has been to court to plead not guilty on July 16. His next court date is upcoming Aug. 2012

Not sure if they have shut down the website yet, he may be still taking orders and monies.

I am writing to make certain that no one else sends him money for buildings he will never produce.
