Repeated Charge Attempts Pushed Account to Minus $500

While I was in discussion with direct about getting my account paid up i owed 120$ there was an issue we were stuck on. I looked 1 day at my account and I was -500 dollars. My bank told me direct had been trying 5 or more times a day to run various amounts against a card that I had in the past made payments on but would not give them to put on file. It is a regular hideous practice they condone they don't care if your family starves can't put gas in to go to work. Bank recommends setting up with a prepay card and making all monthly payments via money order. I was a valued customer so they said
