Credit Card Number Obtained Again After Cancelling Old Card

Adult-type people got my credit card number somehow. I had deleted charges and am not getting any services. I had cancelled my old credit card, but still they got my new number. I have not given them this new number, so I don't know how they got it. I cancelled this second card to prevent further fraud.
