I bought my car from West Body Shop on September 15. I wrecked it on November 17th. At that time I took it to the place I bought it to be fixed, they said it could be fixed and showed me what was wrong with my auto. After 2 weeks I called to ask how it was going and was told they were trying to locate the lower control arm, they were unable to find one, so I went ahead and found one. I was told 2 differant times that they were unable to find 2 other parts, so I looked and bought them also. Aound July 19th Larry Wes told me that since I had made my payments that I could just pick the car up and was told all they lacked were the airbags. I decided to pick the car up and have airbags put in from someone else. One of the shop attendants brought my car to me and I drove home, not knowing a cable was sparking on the asphalt. Once I was home I also noticed there was a space saver tire with only 2 lug nuts on my car. Upon further inspection I noticed what looked like a rod behind the tire hanging down. A friend of mine from work took the car to another body shop, He checked it out and reported the car had been totaled from the wreck I had ono November and they should have known this. I have invoices they gave me with the work they said they had done along with the parts I had bought. I am at a lost in what to do. Could you please help me.
