Miscellaneous

I was informed that my computer/laptop was at risk if I didn't pay for an update. I paid £331.48 with Visa unbeknown to myself that this wasn't correct. I paid the amount under order no. 0077139744. I then receive notification of this scam through my Acer provider and I tried to delete the payment. Unfortunately the transaction documentation was declined by the retailer's bank. It was then suggested that I contact the retailer direct. This is why my complaint is now monitored. My bank, the HSBC, have written to me 07.23.12 referring to this transaction and the inability to cancel the amount falsely debited to my account.
