We bought a vehicle from Performance Cars & Trucks located in monroe, La.in Aug. The dealer had us financed thru CPS. Since the purchase we have had nothing but problems We found out the dealer lied about the vehicle being under factory warranty It is NOT. And 3 months after the purchase the transmission went out

We were also told by the dealer that the tax, title and license were included in our payments, and we could pick up our plates at the dealership within the first 60 days It has been 6 mos CPS nor the car lot have given us a registration. Therefore we can not even legally drive this vehicle!

WE missed a payment, actually when we were only 3 days late CPS began calling We returned their calls and explained the situation how the transmission was messed up and the vehicle was not drivable&how the car lot wouldnt do anything about it. Also how legally we had to have a registration to be able to drive it They said none of it had anything to do with making the payment!

Since then CPS has called repetedly sometimes as often as 6 times in one day. One night I kept hanging up, they kept calling back Over and over again, this went on for over an hour.

In all these calls she called us liars, threatened to come that night and repo the truck (we were only late on 1 payment) Told us they had their way of dealing with people like us. Demanded our banking info or else they would repo the truck that night. Said I was lying about the trucks location and about it not being drivable. Told us whoever they caught driving it would go to jail for auto theft. Even told me it was obvious we had problems in our marriage.

All of these things are against the law. Once she called and we heard a dog in the background... Leading us to believe she may not even be an employee of CPS. We werent sure but we knew they werent getting our bank info!

Now today, another payment is due they are threatening to repo and then garnish our check You cant talk to these people they dont care. They just want money and will do or say anything to get it. When they call. They go on and on... Wont even give you a chance to speak the last time they called (Friday) when we began speaking they hung up on us.

We have had this truck for 6 months... Still no way to register it and get license so we can drive it... And still havent had any repairs made they expect $400 a month payment for something that is useless to us
stay away from these heartless, con artist ba*ds!
Total ripoff!
