Rip off trust me ramon and edwin lie to much ripoff, ignoring my request for my replcement center cap promsie next week everytime

Its been 4 months when i received my wheel and tires package. On that weekend i noticed 1 of center cap was broken. I call them the following monday and talked to one of representative and after all the question, they said he will send me another one. I week later nothing yet, i call again talk to ramon or edwin. Give me a tracking number but when i checked the traking no. Doesnt exist. I call probably at least 15 times talking to ramon and edwin, we send it already you will get that this week its been 4 months i still dont have the center cap, you guys knew i call so many times for u ignored me. I reported your business victoria tires at contact 4, kron4 channel 4 here in san francisco, hope you will send my center cap that i paid for. I will post online not to buy in your site if you never give my 22 inch eco evo caps. Goodluck
