Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

The tire Center did not have my tires in stock so i had to order them and the man who was working there told me the tires were $40.00 each i needed two tires and the total was $80.00 i was fine with the $80.00. The store required half down so i gave the man 40.00 and told him i would be back the following monday when monday came i went to the Tire Center and there was big rig broke down in front of the building blocking all the bays so i left.

I came back on tuesday and the man installed the tires we went to the register and the man told me the total was $160.00 as in $80.00 each the man admitted to the mistake but would not correct the price to what he told me and i talked to tha man's boss via phone and the boss told me all he could do was remove the new tires and put the old ones back on. The old tires wrere in no condition to be put back on for use so i had no choice but to pay the differnce. The tire Center did not even have a tire balancer.
