They lost my glasses

I got my 3-month old spectacles in since the contacts were damaged truly poor, the salesperson stated she'd deliver them towards the laboratory, after 14 days I named and was informed they understood nothing about them. It has been 3 months plus they nevertheless haven't found them. They explained on July18thj, these were still searching for them! Just how long do I've to hold back before they are doing anything about that, I'm today sporting spectacles which are three years old.
