Sold me anti-reflective coating that was defective and refused to replace lenses that were scratched

Tavel Eye Care has ripped off me and my Insurance company, Spectera Vision.in October I paid them for glasses and antireflective coating. Weeks later, I noticed that my glasses were becoming scratched even though I was using their product to clean them.

I called and visited their office several times. Ellen, the manager, said I must be cleaning my glasses incorrectly. I have worn glasses for 56 years and I know how to take care of them!!! She told me my only recourse was to buy their warranty and have the glasses remade at my expense. This has drug on for a year and they still refuse to replace the glasses. They are unusable and so I have had to replace them - at another optical company.

Obviously, they used an inferior coating on the glasses that they refuse to acknowledge. Rip Off!
