I bought this electric pan on the internet. It was demonstrated and it actually worked well and as they showed. But... After 2_3 months of usage all the teflon started to come off. I tried to talk to customer service but never could reach anyone except machines. I think I even left my tel.# but never got a call back.
Obviously I stopped using the product and finally dumped it in the garbage. Today I saw to my distress that they are still or again selling this horrible and dangerous product.
Please get them off the air. I have no interest in the monetary loss.
