Bought kit for £57.95. Small print said I'd get another kit every month for same price: I hadn't bargained for this, so I sent it back. They responded that no money would be taken. They took money from the account dishonestly in my opinion and after I complained said a refund had been made. It hasn't. Should I close the account?
