I called the number after hearing their advertisement on the radio. Spoke with the sales rep and after ensuring me of a money back satisfaction during the trial period, I decided to go with it. Promised of only being charged $5.00 for shipping the 2 sample bottles, I felt safe. An hour after making the call I felt foolish and decided to cancel it. Called back and was promised that my order was stopped. 6 days later I received 12 bottles and charged $229.99. I have called several times. Been told my complaint has been elevated to supervisors the last two times but I have yet to hear back after making 5 calls in the last 2 weeks.
