I have been fighting with these crooks and liars now for over 2 weeks. I have called customer service 3 or 4 times and have been lied to each times. I also fell for the advertisement to try a free bottle for $2.95 shipping and handling. Then days later I received 4 bottles with the receipt thanking me for my payment of $148.95. I checked my account and sure enough I was charged $148.95. I immediately called customer service and was given an RMA # and was told that once they receive the bottles the refund would be back in my account in 5 to 7 days. I sent the 4 bottles back priority mail which they received on August 26th. Every time I call I get a different story about the processing time. It needs to get out to the public that this company is full of crooks and liars.
