Some free gift for doing the survey on QVC's site. I paid $5.95 S&H, thought I read all the FINE PRINT. However I did not know I agreed to the debiting my credit card after 14 days $89.95. I would like a refund for the shipping & handling. I refused the shipment today, 7/27. I also sent customer service at QVC a message about the free survey prize on their site. Copies of this will go out to Facebook, all of my friends and family that I introduced to QVC some 17 years ago. I expect a full refund to my account or by mail asap!
