I also paid the $4.96 for a 3 day trial for a CD that I was looking for. It stated that it had files for music, videos and other media. After installing the software, it loaded a virus that caused my computer to crash, which enabled me to even go back online to cancel the subscription within the 3 days and make the complaint. I finally was able to request the refund and they responded and said that I would have a refund in 6 days. To date, I have not recieved my refund.
