I was sold some software by Elite Conecepts that I thought was going to fix a virus I had in my computer. It not only did not fix the problem, it caused my entiore computer to crash when I downloaded it. This was not the fault of myself or anyone who uses my computer, yet they will not give me a refund? How can this be allowed to continue?
