The product was ordered o5/l9/12. Received only part of the order. They charged me l45.70 for FEDEX freight plus 198.88 for buy one get one free. They BO. Part of the order and to my surprise all phones are constantly busy and unable to speak with any one. They have taken my money but have not shipped all of the order. To me this is fraud. Iam on retirement and ordered this product in good faith. One was a wedding gift and the other was mine. My order # 12399A. Can someone please help. This is a lot of money from my life. Sharon A
