Someone from "Online America" called me today asking if we were sure we wanted to cancel the $495 yearly subscription that she said we ordered. I told her that we had no knowledge of this company or what they do for us. She said that to confirm this cancellation she needed to give me the customer service telephone number and a reference number. She was unable to give me either because she kept asking if I was sure I wanted to cancel. I eventually hung up on her. Does anyone have a customer service number for this company, or a way to file a formal complaint with someone?
