Canceled this morning, but i still feel uneasy

Miscellaneous

So it started at about 9:37 am on 2/24/10, when some woman named "Sandy" called me saying that i won a $1000 dollar online shopping spree. Considering that i wasn't fully awake yet, i went along with it giving them my personal information. Eventually "Sandy" told me that her manager would call me with further information, and asked me to "put in a good word for her" because it was "her first day."

Minutes later, i received a call from "Michelle" who guided me through the rest of the process. They asked me to confirm a bunch of information they had gotten from me earlier, such as my marital status, my birthday, etc. She also asked me for my credit card number, expiration date, and CVV number. She proceeded to give me a Customer Service number and a Tracking Number.

When i had finally woken up enough to realize what i had done, i called Customer Service number as well as both of the numbers they called me from with no success. I eventually sent them an e-mail saying that i would like to cancel and called one more time. The last time i called, i actually got a hold of someone with Customer Service (which is strange, because the number i dialed was one of the ones they called me from initially). I told the Customer Service rep. That i wanted to cancel my subscription, and she told me that she would get a hold of someone that could do that and would have them call me.

I waited around for about 15 minutes, when "Michelle" called me back, saying that someone told her that i had something important to tell her. I told her i would like to cancel my subscription and not be billed further (acknowledging that the money they had taken so far would, more than likely, be an acceptable loss). She asked me why, and i told her that i wasn't comfortable with the whole situation and that i would like to cancel everything immediately. She told me that my subscription had been canceled and that my money would be refunded to me by the same time tomorrow (it was about 10:45 am at this time).

However, i don't feel like anything was actually done about the situation... I wrote down as much information as i could about all the conversations i had we these people, from the names, the company name, phone numbers, times that i received calls and the offers they presented to me... I am not sure what to do next honestly
