A friend of mine needed a room in Colorado Springs and didn't have enough money so I used my credit card to help him pay for the room. After we got his belongings unloaded and unpacked (a truck full) we had a knock at the door and Management stated that they had a problem with me being there and we would have to leave. Our money would be returned in 10-15 business days. They would not tell me what I had done to deserve this action and refussed to talk to me at all about the fact that I was not even the one staying there. I had recently stayed at the Crown Plaza and in 10 day paid a 1600$ bill to them. Never was I told they had any problem with me or that I was not welcome to come back. I still have not seen my money back
