The Woodway HEB Needs costumer service training!

After walking in the door i hear the lady over the store intercom announce your butter finger just walked in the door i looked ahead and see this short blond man running towards me with a cordless phone in his hand as an attack he looks up at the ceiling and said shut up Jenifer all i could think of was HEB would do this to me i said H E Butt and he stopped he said your talking or making fun of my grandpa and ran to the back of the store this is just one of many times with this same person after that for what it represented H E B store sold Babe Ruth s and Butter finger candy bars in baskets at the front doors inside. I would think if you did not want a person in your store you might ask them to leave and they were not welcome as a customer and that would be what i call good customer service.
