Dear sir / madam,
My name is Chiobanu Alin. My Sky acc. No. Is 621656083485. My adress is 9 The Meads, HA8 9HE, Edgware, London. Contact nr. 07551436870.
I am a Sky costumer by almost 1 year. My contract is composed by 3 parts: Internet, TV, phone. I recently moved to another house and i wanted to be a loyal customer and stay with Sky. I called them and they say that is not a problem. When i told them the new address and when they checked they said that it will take them up to 11 September to reinstall the broadband. I am self employed and Considering that i am using internet for my business i have told them to cancel my contract because they did not respect the contract. One of the customer services told me to keep the TV channels only. Sky recognize that they can not respect the contract (broadband TV channels phone line) but they still push me to keep the TV Channel. I don't need the TV channels i need the internet. If they can not respect the contract i want them to cancel the contract and apologies for the problems they have caused me. Also one more thing i would like to add to my complain, I do not think making your customers wait nearly two months just to install the internet to my current address is fair!
