I too placed and order for the cooktop. I was charged full amount to my credit card. But received only a partial order. Trying to talk to a person about this is impossible. I have placed in excess of 20 calls only to spend 30 minutes on the phone with the infomercial. I was even promised 24 hour processing. It has been 13 days. You should get what you pay for when you pay for it. I am sure the company was already aware there was a shortage of supplies. Why sell something you don't have?
