I have made numerous requests for a human response and to find and retrieve my money.
I have listed both my bank acount transaction for them and my previous ticket complaint and still i get nothing! I do not trust this company at all! They are fraudulent theives and there is no phone number privided on the website especially for internationals.

After submitting a ticket the site says that if you complaint matches a question on their kn owledge base the ticket is refused/deleted and ignored. There is no live online contact either.

I signed up to STP only 3 weeks ago and have already made 4 complaints about their service with no response.
