Miscellaneous

I made a booking for a business class ticket to Los Angeles, and made payment by bank transfer. They sent me an eticket 2 days later BUT the ticket was an economy fare, not business class. I contacted them immediately and they apologized for the mistake and said they would be sending me be a new business class ticket. I followed up with emails and phone calls for over a month. Their response each time was to apologize for the mistake and assure me that I would be receiving a ticket or a refund within days. I still have not received either, and now the phone numbers listed on their website seem to have been disconnected. I contacted my bank 2 weeks after the transfer to submit a claim for refund and inform them of the scam. I am hoping to find a way to retrieve my money.
DO NOT BY ANY MEANS purchase from this website. After some research I found that they have in fact been doing this for a while, and have changed website names a couple of times to dupe customers. We must find a way to stop them and recover our money.
