I send solidtrustpay a complaint and was issued with the ticket nr below on 20 August.

I have withdrawn the following amounts-
1 August - $ 500
2 August - $ 500
4 August - $ 500
9 August - $ 300 and
10 August - $ 20
I have send them emails and updated my ticket and opened up a new ticket (nr 350207) on 1 September to ask about my money but I am not getting any response from them.
Previous to 1 august I have had no problems and my money was usually paid to me after 5 days.
On 20 August i have also send them a ticket (nr 338662) about the documents that I send them about the verification of my account so that I can withdrawn up to $999 at a time. They answered me the next day and I was impressed with the fast response, but as I said so far no response about my money
