I contact with chat Advisor named (AEC) before accepting their offer about what is platinium member ship she just gave me wrong and part of the information and mention that if i cancelled a member ship within 3 months I have to pay cancelation fee of £35.00 but she didn't mention that there is £59.99 per month fee for the membership, inspite of asking many time is there any hidden charges or some other charges, she doesn't told me about the monthly fee.
I am a single sick mum on benifit waiting for my major surgery, I was thought to make my daughter happy to give her some gift but just lost my money for nothing and now I requested to return my money back or atleast send my items but nobody is agree with this. Such a cunning company to make people fool and snatch their money without giving any thing. Please I beg to someone if they help to recredit my money back and take action against this company. Regards
