I purchased online phone time for my loved on to be able to call me and to do so they have to call another number then call my number. I was not told this when making my purchase nor was it explained. Anyone with a loved one in Jail nows that you can not call a number then call another number and also you have to be on approved list to make phone calls. I explained this to the company 45 minutes after my purchase and was informed that there is no refund possiable because I was already issued a number. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Do not waste your money or time.
