The 'walking stick with the seat' I ordered for the ONE DAY DELIVERY FOR THE 13TH, didn't arrive as promised. P&P paid accordingly. Made calls on Friday & Saturday as I going away, I was told that nothing could be done and that I should expect delivery on Monday. I was away. Rang & asked neighbour to check on Monday and Tuesday morning.
NO DELIVERY until then.
I returned Tuesday at 8pm. The package was leant against the door in the open. Wet.
Package torn and damaged. Where it said 'DOCUMENT ENCLOSED' was torn and no
documents found.
Now I got to package fresh and pay the heavy postage to post it to Cardigan, Wales. I cannot afford time or money to make another journey.
I am angry and frustrated. I think I am right in expecting some sort of compensation for all this damages.
