I purchased an rca 46 in tv from best buy in feb. last month i started getting lines now the whole left side from my screen is gone. I called the support number who sent out a technicician that was 15 days ago, i have been calling, leaving numerous messages. I will not be shipping this tv back i hope they have an alternate replacement method but this is so frustrating, i am sorry i purchased this tv at all!!!
