Purchased 47" LCD Full HDTV Modle #46LA45RQ from Walk-mart on Feb 1 -the TV screen has now gone out completely on the left side (black) & right side has a green line through it after the set is turned on for 10-15 minutes. Call the 1-800-977-6722 customer service number, nothing they could do but give me the On Corp #1-858-798-3300 which I have been calling now for 6 days with no answer-mailbox is full and it cost me each time I call long distance with still no answer. I called TV repair shops and RCA is NOT authorizing anyone to work on these TV's manufacturered by On Corp, repair shop could work on it and said it could cost between $200-800 or more to repair depending upon if he could get parts or not. This is crazy! Have other RCA TV's in house and have had those for 15-20 years and no problems. WILL NEVER BUY another RCA ever again!!!
