This buyer had bought a mobile phone from me on ebay. I can pay she paid on time but after two days I saw in my Paypal account that this amount was held.
After contacting the buyer she had been telling me that the bank had blocked her account and she was trying to resolve the issue.
I kept waiting but despite my emails and evidence to paypal, she never got back to me!
Finally she got a refund from Paypal, I don't know how, and I have just lost my money and my mobile phone.
