FFM took 10 credit cards and was to try and make settlements on them in 36 mos. For me. My charge each mo. Would be $418.00 mo. They also stated they would have debts (negative reports) removed from my credit report by the credit reporting agencies not responding timely to our dispute letters to be sent to them thru their efforts under AECS - American Educational Credit Services - for which they charged approx. $1000.00, and extended the program that was initially set up for three more months. I've been unable to contact them and they have failed to call me after messages have been left, so here I am complaining.
