Failed to provide stated services to remove most of the negative items off of credit report

Hargraves and associates were advertising and the radio that they can repair and remove all negative items off of your credit report. When I spoke with them they stated that the credit repair would take around 6 months. I paid the $300 around March and after I received my credit reports I was to send them to Hargrave. I sent the reports and they stated that letters would come from the agencies who was going to be in question on my reports and I was to make a copy and send it to them. I never received any letters and have not been able to get in contact with Hargrave since. I would like my money back since what they stated would be done has not been done.
