Unauthorized Charge I Never Signed Up For on Credit Card

Like many others on this site, I discovered a charge on my credit card called Essentials Gold. I had never heard of this, and I absolutely would never have signed up for it even if I had! This is some kind of program through Citibank themselves, and they tried to tell me that it could only have been charged because I accepted their offer. I demanded they remove this charge, and I couldn't believe the woman was still trying to sell me on it even as I told them I would report this incident!
