Since more than a week now we are out of network service. That company does not respond to phone calls - I called them at least 6 times - left messages to give me a call back. They are ignorant & also incompetent. I am without internet service for more than a week now and all what their useless answering machine says is "reboot your computer". I am a Computer speciallist myself and I know that the problem is NOT on my side! Stay away from that company. It is better to use your cell-phone's dataplan with G3 or even G4 network, because that one works. I hope they will be out of business soon, because their customer service attitude is just horrible. I had many negative encounters with them before, but this time it is really a nightmare. Denis Atam, Manson, Washington.
