AT&T DSL Internet
Modem goes in and out (Red light of death)

I'm getting sick and fed up with AT&T high speed Internet service. Modem goes in and out. You call customer service and all they tell you is use this use that try do this. It never works. They these things just get you off the phone. The whole service is joke. AT&T has change over the years. It very sad that when Internet goes in and out. I have to use my data network from my smartphone whenever I am busy on it because I use the wifi so I don't have to use my data network. AT&T saids it big company well it not it sucks. AT&T better get their act together. Over years that I use AT&T and their was never problem till now. AT&T needs to come out where I live and install new equipment to solve this matter. This is unacceptable in what their doing to AT&T customers out there.
