When I was on my PC looking at a few thing, which I was deep under the influence, when a of a sudden my PC went to where it said your PC is block and my fine was a $100.00 and I has 72 hr. To pay this fine which I been trying for day to pay but nothing happen so that why I want to know is this a scam are is this really the FBI which I have to pay this fine.
