Reviewed cc bill and saw their $19.95 charge. Started looking back, and saw that they had been billing since March, and I somehow missed it on bills. Called cc company, they said they could do nothing, that I must call the 800 number. Called 800 number. Entered cc number to access account as I was pretty sure home phone or address would fail. They asked if I was Liza Tunel of Murfreesboro TN. Told them no, that I wasn't, didn't know her, and didn't live in TN. They did tell me they would refund all of the charges w/in 5 business days. When asked how this happened, they simply said "Liza" must have have transposed numbers when typing in the card number. I asked what about the security code and expiry dates, and their statement was that they are not required to subscribe via the web, which rings pretty false to me - I've NEVER been able to charge anything online without at least adding the expiry to the card, if not also the three digit security code...
