Was charged without my authorization or knowledge and received not product And

I had my account charged by newgrantforyou. They charged me $1.95 and then charged me $68.13. I have had my credit card canceled and reissued once I noticed these charges. I called the company and they said they help people get grants.

I called the 877-260-9455 number that was listed on my credit card statement and I spoke with a gentleman named Eddie James who said that he needed my zip code and last name in order to look at the account. I told him that since my credit card's security had already been compromised by his company that I was not going to give him any more information. I asked him where his company was located he said that he works for a 3rd party company that bills for another company. I asked him the name of the 1st party and he of course did not know. Then I asked him where he works and he said Utah. Then I asked him for a street address and he said that he was not at liberty to disclose his address for security reasons. He told me that he could not help me because he could not access my account because I would not give him my zip code and last name. Sounds like a scam to me. I imagine that his reason for not giving me an address was because he didn't want to get caught for the online crimes that this group has committed.
