Called me and promissed they would lower all my interest rates. Never did anything for me or anyone else they have promissed. They did this threw card. Io mobile scan now charging me. Called my charge card and got it stopped but now they are telling me I have to pay for it because they billed it threw card. Io mobile scan. I did call them right after saying ok to this and they told me I couldnt say no now. I could get my money back if they could not help me and the first charge card they called which was chase called me and said no one but myself could get any interest rates dropped that I bought into a scam
