Your add is very misleading. I got an iPod Touch and wanted to download songs. Was looking thru iTunes and found a "great deal" I dont know alot about new tech. But thought it was a deal to download tunes for $12.95 a year for 3 years. Pretty surprised when I got my statement with a $70.80 charge plus the $80.00 in iTunes that my daughter had downloaded. I'm sure you dont care one bit what we complain about but your ad should be written so tech dummies like I can understand.
