The person on the phone badgered my 83 year old Mother-In-law until she gave them her savings account number. She had hung up on them several times but they kept calling back until she got confussed and thought she was talking to her insurance company. They did an electronic check-we called the bank and they gave us a number for a 3rd party billing that they did not know anything about the comoany. They told us they would return the money in 10 days but it took longer than that. We did a report to the bank and they stopped any further transactions from them on her account.
