He phoned my home. I don't know how he got my no. He said he would fix my computer, which was very slow and give me 5 yrs. Service, 24/7. I do not know how he got my phone #. He removed thousands of virus and removed Norton and added AVA. The next day when I went to use it, I checked the status & found 19,000 virus. I realized I'd been scammed and called a local tech. He removed the virus and said Norton had been removed and AVA had been installed. He went on line and printed out the story on AVA, which proclaimed it very dangerous. He also checked the company and found several complaints against them, from all across the country. I know of one other here in Indianapolis.
