I did not sign up for a membership or authorize any one to take money from my bank account and i've tried to get through on the phone and cannot reach anyone this must be a scam and i'm going to file fraud charges today if this matter is not res

You have cause me account to go negative with nsf charges. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. An again i will pursue ths matter with a legal recourse if need be.
