In April I ordered custom made butterfly chair covers over the phone as presented on the website of Circa50. After not receiving them I inquired about the order, and the company found the order and promised to fulfill it. Then when the order still did not arrive, I called again, but the live voice person on the order line quickly disconnected my call after his standard way of answering. Later, after repeated calling, I realized that there probably was fraud involved. They got my cred card number and other information, so I suspect identity theft. I was never rude with them, so they have no reason to put me off. They seem only to lead me on and then not follow through.
