Fraud... Not receiving Goods ordered

I placed a order on April 6th received a email confirming my credit card charge of $342.47, on april 26th received another email saying order shipped please wait 7 to 14 days for arrival. They gave me a tracking number that in nonexistent.
I have called this 1-877-674-8266 several times can never reach a live voice left several messages. So i started investigating and found this to be a bogus website. Hard lesson to learn but now i know order from a "real store" with a "real address".. Ie. Bestbuy or some other well known store.
